- information about the consents you have given,
- technical data related to your use of the site, such as IP address, device and browser information, traffic source and campaign parameters.
3. Quote form and contact
Data submitted through the quote form or during direct contact is used to:
- respond to your enquiry,
- prepare a quote,
- discuss the project scope,

Providing data is voluntary, but fields marked as required are necessary to handle your enquiry.
The legal basis for processing enquiry-related data is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and — where applicable — our legitimate interest in conducting correspondence, securing claims and protecting the system.
4. Email marketing
If you voluntarily tick the marketing consent checkbox in the form, we may use your email address to send information about:
- new projects,
- inspiration,
- tips,
- Nemo Studio services and offers.
Marketing consent is entirely voluntary and does not affect your ability to receive a quote.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting info@nemostudio.pl. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
5. Who we may share data with
Data may be processed by providers supporting the operation of the website and enquiry handling, in particular providers of:
- hosting and cloud infrastructure,
- email services,
- storage of uploaded files,

We share data only to the extent necessary for the given purpose. We do not sell personal data.
6. How long we keep data
Enquiry-related data is kept for as long as needed to:
- handle the enquiry,
- conduct project discussions,
- deliver the collaboration, should it take place,
- secure or pursue potential claims.
Data processed on the basis of marketing consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn or the marketing purpose ceases. Consent records are also kept to the extent necessary to demonstrate that consent was given.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may have the right to:
- access your data,
- rectify your data,
- erase your data,
